DSL Has Some Life Left in it as Qwest Rolls Out 40Mbps Tier

Though fiber and cable operators can whip DSL in speed trials, Qwest is sticking with the older technology as a network upgrade means that 40Mbps DSL service (with 20Mbps upstream) is now possible—for some.
