Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) questioned Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor about the issue of Net Neutrality at the judge's Senate confirmation hearing. He asked Sotomayor about the 2005 Supreme Court's Brand X decision and if the American public has "a compelling First Amendment interest" in ensuring that the Internet stays open and accessible.
