Rockefeller: FCC Is Broken

Senate Commerce Committee Chairman Jay Rockefeller (D-W.V.) said that he believes the FCC is broken and wants its two newest members to help fix it. Rockefeller made his remarks during the confirmation hearings for FCC nominees Mignon Clyburn and Meredith Attwell Baker, and warned that "the committee will be watching."
