Franken Will Raise Network Neutrality with Sotomayor

In his opening statement at the Senate hearing for Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor, Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) said he planned to ask about her opinion of protection of key individual rights, including "access to the Internet."
