Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) has been prepping for the Judiciary Committee's confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor. Along with questions about judicial activism and separation of powers, Franken also wants to ask about Sotomayor's opinion of Net Neutrality.
