Julius Genachowski's FCC hit the ground running, publishing a timeline of all broadband related projects it hopes to finish through Feb. 17, 2010. That's the date when the Commission must send to Congress its National Broadband Plan -- a set of recommendations for making sure that everybody in the United States has access to broadband.
