BroadbandUSA.gov Is Portal to Apply for Broadband Funding Under ARRA

The grant guidelines for broadband stimulus funds are available through a portal at broadbandUSA.gov. Both the Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service and the Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications Information Administration will share the same guidelines for funding broaddband projects.
