Copps Wants Inquiry into Deals between Handset Manufacturers, Wireless Carriers

Acting FCC Chairman Michael Copps said he has asked the commission to open an inquiry into the exclusive deals between handset manufacturers and wireless carriers, relating the issue to Net Neutrality.
