West Virginia Hailed for Broadband Plan
National Journal, June 18, 2009
West Virginia Gov. Joe Manchin thinks his state can make a good case for getting broadband stimulus money. Manchin has emphasized that high-speed Internet is as important as water and electricity. He also proposed that the entire state have high-speed Internet access by 2010.
