Comcast Sued over Policy Requiring Equipment Leases

A Mobile, Ala. woman has filed a federal lawsuit against Comcast, alleging that the cable company's rules requiring customers to lease a cable box for premium services violates antitrust laws. Filed in Mobile's federal court, the complaint joins a growing number of lawsuits targeting cable companies across the country over the same issue.
