For Sale: Boston Paper with Union

As the New York Times Co. grapples with declining revenue and heavy debt, a sale of its Boston Globe newspaper could be part of the answer. The Globe's largest union rejected concessions that the Times Co. said were necessary to save the paper, complicating that calculus.
