Digital Divide Widens for Broadband Subscribers

According to a recent report, broadband subscription rates have increased dramatically over the last few years, with two-thirds of all U.S. households now subscribing to high-speed Internet services. But broadband access is still heavily weighted toward middle- and upper-class residents.
