Speaking at a recent conference, President Barack Obama's special assistant for science, technology and innovation Susan Crawford, said that tech policy "is at the heart of this administration's plans for the future." Crawford went on to say, "our broadband connections as a country are slow and expensive. We're not falling behind, we are definitively behind."
