Lots of Questions, No Easy Answers on Stimulus Funds at Tech Policy 'Town Hall'

At the 2009 Tech Policy Summit "town hall" meeting, the broadband stimulus projects were called "one of the hottest areas of tech policy today." The stimulus is an opportunity to reboot America's broadband policy. But it will take cooperation across various industries and stakeholders.
