European Internet Rights Survive Another Vote

An amendment to a bill in the European Parliament that stop national governments pushing through draconian legislation on file downloading has survived another vote. However, anti-neutrality measures in the package which sanction ISPs' rights to limit access to content and applications remain and are causing some degree of consternation.
