Shield Law for Texas Journalists Heads to Governor

A proposed shield law for journalists is headed to Gov. Rick Perry's desk after final approval in the Texas House. The Free Flow of Information Act was unanimously approved, with the House accepting minor Senate changes and ending years of debate in both chambers.
