FTC Gives 'Last Chance' for Internet Advertisers

The head of the Federal Trade Commission, Jon Leibowitz, said that the online behavioral advertising business is "pretty close to its last clear chance to demonstrate" the wonders of self-regulation. If companies don't do a better job with privacy and transparency, the government will step in and regulate the sector.
