Stimulus Funds Could Connect More Rural Areas to Broadband

The high-speed broadband connections most urban residents and businesses take for granted are nowhere to be found in many rural, and not-so-rural, areas in Middle Tennessee. But for many residents, the cost of broadband is just as much a barrier to access as the physical lack of a high-speed line.
