FCC Asked to Investigate AT&T, Apple's Use of Skype for iPhone

Though reports are emerging that U.S. cell phone users soon may have access to unlimited free calls using eBay-owned Internet calling service Skype, federal officials reportedly are being asked to investigate a new use of the popular service.
