Locke Addresses Content Piracy

Commerce Secretary Gary Locke provided one of the Obama administration's strongest statements on content piracy. "By working cooperatively, we can effectively address the problem of IP theft. We can ensure that we remain a leader in developing cutting-edge solutions to the growing problem of Internet piracy," Locke said.
