Time Warner Cable Keeps Internet Fees in Beaumont, Texas; Drops Them Elsewhere

Despite dropping a new program in other cities that charges for how much information a person downloads from the Internet, Time Warner Cable will continue the program in Beaumont, Texas. Complaints from consumer groups have convinced the company not to test the Internet penalties in cities outside Beaumont.
