Critics Say Cable Protest Is Still On

When Time Warner Cable announced it would postpone its plan to measure and cap cable Internet service, many customers celebrated. But as they read the fine print, they realized the fight wasn't over. Though the ISP didn't say when the plans might be seen again, it didn't say it was doing away with them.
