Rep. Christopher Lee (R-N.Y.) signaled his concern over efforts to involve the federal government in the Time Warner Cable usage cap experiment. Lee also said that he is aware of the broad concern over the proposal and that public officials should make sure "consumers are protected and that they pay a fair rate."
