Stop the Cap, April 15, 2009

Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) will be in Rochester to help add his voice to the growing opposition to Time Warner Cable's bandwidth usage caps. Schumer said he doesn't want Rochester used as a guinea pig for Time Warner Cable, and intends to do all in his power to put a stop to it.
