Congressman: There Should Be a Law Against Internet Caps!

Time Warner Cable's Internet usage caps aren't just generating controversy among the geekerati. With nearly unbelievable speed, the issue packed its bags and moved to Washington, D.C. Freshman Congressman Eric Massa (D-N.Y.) has pledged to introduce a bill called the "Broadband Internet Fairness Act."
