FCC Launches Effort to Craft National Broadband Plan

The FCC has launched its effort to create a national broadband strategy, with an eye to submitting a plan to Congress early next year. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act charged the FCC with creating a plan to give all Americans access to broadband.
