Council to Look at Internet Pricing

Time Warner Cable customers weren't happy to hear the company will begin measuring their Internet use, a move that could inflate monthly bill. The Greensboro City Council isn't happy either. "I don’t like it at all," Mayor Yvonne Johnson said. "I'm not a happy camper about it. I think it's bad for customers and it's bad for the city."
