As the FCC begins work on a plan to bring high-speed broadband to all Americans, a nonprofit group is calling attention to the digital divide in American cities. According to a new report, Wired Less: Disconnected in Urban America, by the Free Press, 46 percent of urban households are not connected to the Internet.
