The German iPhone carrier, Deutsche Telekom, is blocking Skype iPhone use on both its network and also its Wi-Fi hotspots, while AT&T is restricting Skypes use on its 3G networks. Consumer activists are asking regulators to intervene on Skype's behalf and end VoIP blocking once and for all.
