Advocacy Groups Says Wireless Operators Violating FCC's Internet Policy Statement

Internet Service Providers are undetaking activities that run contrary to the FCC's policy on Internet access. The violations are cropping up so routinely in the wireless market that they merit attention from the FCC -- the consumer's cop on the beat for protecting access rights.
