Skype Ban Stays, Says TRA

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of the United Arab Emirates bans Skype and other Internet calling services. But since the release of the iPhone's application, it has been downloaded more than one million times. And the TRA seems unable or unwilling to prevent the distribution of the software.
