FCC Needs to Investigate Wireless Carrier Skype Limits, Group Says

Advocacy group Free Press asked the FCC to decide whether wireless carriers are violating federal rules by blocking such applications as the low-cost Skype VoIP service. In a letter to acting chairman Michael Copps, Free Press cited a variety of reports as evidence that wireless carriers may be violating the FCC’s Internet Policy Statement.
