ACLU Supports the Free Flow of Information Act as Passed by the House

The American Civil Liberties Union is supporting the Free Flow of Information Act that recently passed the House -- even thought they say the bill could be stronger. The act codifies a journalists' privilege for federal court proceedings and acts as a shield law for journalists.
