An Icon that Says They're Watching You

A marketing professor at the Annenberg School for Communication has developed a plan that will alert Internet users about the behavioral advertising techniques being used on them. He wants to put an icon on each ad that signifies that the ad collects or uses information about users, with a click through to more information and an opt-out button.
