European Mobile Operators Cooperate on Coverage

In Europe, mobile operators Vodafone and Telefonica have announced that they'll jointly build new cell sites and consolidate existing ones in several countries across the continent. Shared coverage could spur companies to differentiate in other ways, like new and better services.
