Lexington Herald-Leader Cuts 15 Percent of Staff

The Lexington Herald-Leader announced it is laying off 49 full-time and four part-time employees throughout the paper, in an effort to cut costs. The layoffs represent about 15 percent of the company's total full-time staff.
