Comcast to Challenge 30 Percent Cap in U.S. Court of Appeals

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia will hear oral arguments in Comcast's challenge to the FCC's decision to cap cable's national reach at 30 percent. Oral arguments are set for April 24.
