Why Piracy Is Not Actually A Problem for the Music Industry

There are many reasons why the recording industry is in trouble that have nothing to do with unauthorized file sharing. Many of the inefficiencies taken out of the market were costly to the record labels. By embracing what the new market allows, the labels can decrease their own costs, while creating an even larger market for themselves.
