Will Obama Keep His Tech Promises?

It's still a bit early to grade President Barack Obama on how well he's meeting promises he made concerning technology, people in the technology communities are beginning to wonder if he will be as good as his word. In particular, they are starting to ask whether his chief technology officer promise has gotten lost somewhere in the bureaucracy.
