How to Save Radio

Since consolidators have proven they cannot operate the radio stations they bought and have no chance of selling for anywhere near what they paid, I am proposing to make radio more like retail real estate. Consolidators would become the landlords of the radio stations they purchased. The stations should be rented to "retailers" who know how to operate them.
