One of President Barack Obama's first questions at his first White House press conference came from a reporter for the Huffington Post. But the Post wasn't the first new media blog to be formally called upon at a presidential news conference. Former President George W. Bush often looked for right-wing blogger Jeff Gannon for soft questions.
