Why Newspapers Should Manage More Like Twitter and Less Like GM

Twitter was founded on the heels of a failed podcasting business that was forced to reinvent itself. Although the company has yet to make a profit, it is that kind of entrepreneurial spirit that is needed for the newspaper business. There hasn't been a lot of investment in what comes next.
