AP Accuses Obama Artist Shepard Fairey of Copyright Infringement

The AP says it owns the copyright to a picture of President Barack Obama used in a poster, and wants credit and compensation. The artist who created the poster says that his image is protected by fair use laws. Legal experts have differing views on the case.
