Zeuma's SmartMeter and the End of Unlimited Broadband

New telecom software called SmartMeter helps carriers manage broadband traffic in more granular ways. The result will be consumer broadband packages that offer more flexibility than a rigid cap, but will still raise the total price paid for Web-based services like streaming video.
