The National Hispanic Media Coalition is asking Congress and the FCC to update their 1993 report on hate in the media. The petition, which was drafted by Georgetown Law's Institute for Public Representation in correlation with the NHMC, called for a deeper focus on those in the media who generate hateful biases that produce concrete harms.
