Obama, Congress Pack Net Neutrality, Broadband Into Stimulus

President Barack Obama has made good on his promise to expand broadband, packaging Net Neutrality and broadband expansion provisions into his emergency stimulus package. The bill represents the first major legislative victory for Net Neutrality and open networks.
