RIAA Fights Webcasting of P2P Trial

Joel Tenenbaum is a Boston University graduate student, who faces up to $1 million in penalties for uploading seven songs from a file-sharing network back in 2005. The RIAA objected to today's scheduled webcasting of the Tenenbaum case's pretrial arguments. Why? RIAA is concerned that "tech-savvy individuals" could remix or manipulate the feed to make the RIAA look bad.
