Supreme Court Deals Death Blow to Antiporn Law

The U.S. Supreme Court rejected the Department of Justice's last-ditch defense of the Child Online Protection Act. The law will not be enforced. The American Civil Liberties Union argued successfully that the law was so broad and vague that even traditional publishers could face fines and imprisonment.
