Gannett newspaper division chief Bob Dickey traveled to Arizona to deliver bad news to dozens of employees: The nation's No. 1 newspaper publisher planned to shutter the Tucson Citizen, the state's oldest continuously published daily, unless a new owner is found by late March. And then he went off to play golf.
