PEG Bill Introduced in Washington State

A bill was introduced in the Washington state legislature by Sen. Eric Oemig, (D-Kirkland) that would require a local government granting a franchise to a cable television service to include public, education, and government access channels on the franchisee's lowest cost tier of service .
